I have more than 14 years of wedding planning and coordination experience, and have successfully supported weddings in Switzerland, France, Italy, Greece, South Africa, Russia and other destinations.
I now plan mostly destination and local weddings in Switzerland and the South of France, but will be happy to support you with your wonderful day in any part of the globe. Together with my team of the day-of coordintators, I will help you throughout the whole wedding planning process!

Do you work anywhere else?
No, I dedicate my time entirely to wedding planning and coordination.
Do you work alone?
When I plan weddings, I prefer to work on each celebration individually without delegating any part of the planning to anyone else - thereby making 100% sure that my clients´ wishes are received and delivered consistently, without any misunderstandings and mistakes that often happen when several people prepare one project together. However, while coordinating weddings, I work with minimum two assistant coordinators.
Do you have more than one wedding per day?
I only book one wedding a day to plan. By longer wedding celebrations, such as in the case of wedding weekends, I of course will be booked for the duration of the event.
All clear about your wedding services, but what if I have organised already some wedding vendors or wedding details myself? Will you still be able to plan the rest of my wedding?
Of course! We will have a look together at what you have already planned and what is still to be done, and I will make a fitting and convenient offer.
We want to talk to you before choosing the wedding planner, is it possible? How much do you charge for this first meeting?
I am very happy to meet you in person to introduce myself and my services, to get to know you better and to learn your wedding expectations and desires. After our meeting I assemble the provisional wedding budget, where you will see approximate prices for your wedding as well as an accurate summary of my fees. This meeting and budget estimation are free of charge and unbinding, and you can decide afterwards whether to use my services.
Great, but we live abroad and won´t be able to meet you in person. Do you have a solution?
Absolutely! For my couples living in other cities or countries, I am happy to organise a phone, Zoom, WhatsApp or Skype call - everything to make our first conversation as convenient for you as possible.
Ok I´ve decided that I want to hire you as my wedding planner/coordinator. What do I do next?
Once you have decided to use my services then the process can begin immediately.
When do I pay for your services?
I charge the following: 50% or the respective service fee for reservation guarantee retainer to be paid upon signing of the agreement, and the remaining 50% (plus any additional agreed costs) on the week before the wedding, on your wedding day itself or 1 week after your wedding.
What happens when you are ill on the day of my wedding?
However unlikely the situation, I guarantee in the case of my severe illness to make sure to send an experienced wedding coordinator, who will be fully instructed about all the details of your wedding and perform her duties professionally and to your entire satisfaction. Same applies to my coordinators.
I´m doing wedding decoration by myself, would you be able to assemble everything on the wedding day?
Certainly! Depending on the scale of your decorations, I can offer several options. My usual coordination duties include checking on decoration instalment performed by hired wedding vendors. Should you bring some decoration/accessories to distribute, I will gladly do it (i.e. place wedding stationary and guest favours, arrange the guest book table etc.) When there is large amount of wedding decor and accessories to be installed, I have an additional service that can match your wishes: Wedding Decoration Setup. Through this service, I together with my assistant(s) will set up everything necessary you have prepared for your beautiful cerebration. Should the set up require professional skills (assembling flowers into compositions, fixing specific drapings etc), I would be glad to recommend a professional wedding decorator.
Do you perform Master of Ceremony duties during the wedding reception?
As I am busy with coordinating of your wedding, I`m usually on the constant move and behind the scenes throughout the entire day. I can, however, consult you and/or one of your friends or relatives you choose to be your wedding MC on all the necessary details to consider to perform this duty perfectly. If you still don't have anyone to be your wedding MC, I will be happy to do it for you for an additional fee.
